OEA Technologies specializes in marine applications of remote sensing technologies. In Canada and the Caribbean our work includes coastal and ocean monitoring. We provide consultation and installation services that can involve sensors mounted on five types of platforms: Earth observing satellites, aircraft, surface vessels, in situ and shore-based installations.

Dr. Brian Whitehouse is OEA Technologies founder and president and has sailed the seas for 40 years, either as a recreational sailor or professional oceanographer. His specialties include:
